Responsibilities
Run executive discovery sessions with C-suite and function leads
Generate the Synthetic Twin for every Discover phase (cc-052)
Define the engagement scope-of-work and commercial structure
Hand off cleanly to the Forward Deployed Engineer at deal close

FDE role family

Forward Deployed Engineer — Italy

Stand up the Claresia agent platform at the customer site. Integrate with their data (M365 / SAP / Salesforce / Snowflake), wire cc-050 Hub + cc-073 LLM gateway. The technical owner of every deployment. Works alongside an AOE on the human-change side.

Responsibilities
Stand up the agent stack on the customer's LLM (Claude Enterprise / M365 Copilot / ChatGPT Enterprise)
Integrate cc-050 Claresia Hub into the customer perimeter (mode A / B / C per cc-050 governance)
Wire cc-064 telemetry pipeline + cc-078 SCUDO governance + cc-073 LLM gateway
Hand off to the customer's in-house IT + the AOE coach at engagement end

AOE role family

Agent Operator Expert — Italy

Coach the customer's workforce through the AI transition. Run the Bottega master-apprentice playbook to step workers up into Agent Operators. Works alongside an FDE on the technical implementation side. One of 8 specialties (Sales / Finance / Marketing / Operations / Logistics / Customer Care / Procurement / Security).

Responsibilities
Earn the 5 cross-functional capability atlases + 1 vertical specialty during the 12-week Bottega Academy (paid)
Embed at one customer for 8-16 weeks per engagement; coach the workforce through hands-on agent operation
Carry Open Badges 3.0 internal qualifications customers can audit before commissioning the engagement
Convert customer workers from "regular employees" into Agent Operators who orchestrate the AI fleet day-to-day
