Salary + commission on closed Claresia ARR + 0.1–0.25% equity
Forward Deployed Engineer — Italy
Stand up the Claresia agent platform at the customer site. Integrate with their data (M365 / SAP / Salesforce / Snowflake), wire cc-050 Hub + cc-073 LLM gateway. The technical owner of every deployment. Works alongside an AOE on the human-change side.
Salary + per-engagement bonus + 0.15–0.50% equity
Agent Operator Expert — Italy
Coach the customer's workforce through the AI transition. Run the Bottega master-apprentice playbook to step workers up into Agent Operators. Works alongside an FDE on the technical implementation side. One of 8 specialties (Sales / Finance / Marketing / Operations / Logistics / Customer Care / Procurement / Security).
