Three roles do the work. One outcome compounds forever.

The cycle is timed but overlapping. AOE coaching starts inside the FDE implementation window so the customer's workforce begins the transition before the platform is fully cut over. AOs operate on the platform after the engagement closes — that's the whole point.

Who they are

A Claresia-employed consultant who walks the boardroom and reads the workforce.

What they do
  • Maps the customer’s workforce, function-by-function
  • Builds the Synthetic Twin (cc-051..cc-057) of the organisation
  • Produces the maturity roadmap (cc-053) and KPI delta model
  • Positions which Claresia Functions to AI-enable first, in what order

  • Wires the cc-050 Claresia Hub as the agent substrate
  • Configures the cc-073 LLM gateway, Italian PII redaction, and SCUDO governance

A production agent platform — provisioned, integrated, governed, observable — handed over to the customer’s own IT.

  • Verifies skill mastery via Open Badges 3.0 capstones (cc-058 / cc-086)
  • Operates inside one of 8 specialties: Sales, Finance, Marketing, Ops, Logistics, Customer Care, Procurement, Security
What they leave behind

A cohort of customer employees who have crossed into the Agent Operator level — with public, verifiable credentials.
